On the same computer, I then opened up MMC -> Add/Remove Snap-In -> Certificates -> User Account. When I start my capture the sequence reaches "Apply Operating System" and it fails with Error Code 0x80004005. I also implemented a hotfix mentioned in KB Article Number: 2586709 but to no avail.
