I think that this is the key (bolded): The DNS server was unable to create a resource record for 126.96.36.199.in-addr.arpa. From a command prompt type "ipconfig /flushdns" then run "ipconfig /registerdns" and then start netlogon again and check the event log if the error reoccurs. And again: Remember to go back and clean up again after a few hours.
