I received an error after the PXE boot "PXE-E3B: TFTP Error - File Not found". Thinking about default user class, default boottp class and default routing and remote access class. Re-install the WDS server, but "do not configure it". I think in your case you are not running Itanium version of OS.
If you need to modify image then change mount to mountrw but we are not going to need this. If it's on the same PC as your WDS server, then you will need to enable the options on the DHCP Tab under the WDS Server Properties.
