Without knowing what you're deploying it's hard to say for sure, but the times I've run across this if I have a restart inbetween AppA and AppB, things work just fine... To fully test whether the program will install correctly with a task sequence you need to run your installation as Local System as well. Because once i have seem this error and it was solved by changing the volume license key. For the troubleshooting's sake, have you tried removing everything else from your TS (for example is you have SMP steps/ software distribution/ ect) before setup configmgr? The time now is 11:48 AM.
