I have also forced a report to be emailed and the Instance Manager reports the job successful, but there still is no email. There seems to be 29 servers (for each node).
I have checked the Relay settings in my Exchange 2007 box, and mail from the BOXI server is explicitly allowed. By giving full access permission one can open and read the content of any mailbox but cannot send emails from that mailbox. Return code: [SMTP 550 - Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable.]. I'm definitely a novice using BOXI so far.
